Either Micheal Fassbender or Patrick Wilson to play The Caped Crusader (They'd both be perfect for the role. I know Fassbender is Magneto, but he'd still be great as Batman)

John Hurt as Alfred (He'd be perfect for a reboot verison)

David Tennant as The Riddler

Jon Hamm as Harvey Dent/Two-Face

Denzel Washington as Lucius Fox (This is only if the studio want him to appear in the next reboot)

Kate Beckinsale as Selina Kyle/Catwoman

Christina Hendricks as Poison Ivy (I've said this before and I'll say it again, she would be the best Ivy ever!!!!!)

Ron Perlman as Mr Freeze
