NBA Lockout.

Just like the NFL, the NBA is also currently in lockout-mode. The only thing that really comes to my mind is this shit fucking sucks and i am extremely bothered by the fact that numerous meetings have amounted to nothing and that they haven't come up with a new agreement. $$$ is blinding everyone, like always. Hopefully they'll come to an agreement soon... HOPEFULLY.

NBA.com states that, "During the lockout, players will not receive their salaries; teams will not negotiate, sign or trade player contracts; players will not be able to use team facilities for any purpose; and teams will not conduct or facilitate any summer camps, exhibitions, practices, workouts, coaching sessions, or team meetings."

Some players are going to take matters into their own hands and play overseas while the NBA is put on hold, just like how Deron Williams from The New Jersey Nets already did. He has agreed to go play in Turkey instead of just sit around while there is no 2011/2012 NBA season. Williams told the media to not be surprised if Kobe went to play in China.
